We have an associated office in Alicante. Our Spanish associate is admitted to the local bars of Malaga and Alicante and can therefore represent our clients in property transactions, the making of Wills and the administration of estates, throughout Spain. On a day to day basis though, the majority of our property work is carried out in the coastal strip between Barcelona and Malaga.
Our office is conveniently located in central Alicante in the heart of the legal district, close to the British Consulate and the Land Registry.
As well as representing the interests of Britons living in Spain, our commercial law team can also act for UK companies trading with Spain and we have established good working relationships with commercial lawyers practising in Madrid. Our family law department also have experience of dealing with divorce where one party to the marriage is resident in Spain or indeed where both parties are resident in Spain and advice is sought as to the most appropriate country in which to start proceedings.
