We have a dedicated team of professionals who can offer you a
whole variety of expertise in dealing with Private Law proceedings which involve
advising you on issues such as contact with your child/children or Residence,
i.e. who the child should live with.
Public Law Proceedings
If Social Services are involved with your children, we are able
to offer advice and assistance. We can help you liase with Social Services; attend
any case conferences; represent you and/or the children at Court and liase with
Experts etc. We offer a broad range of experience in that we frequently represent
not only parents but also the Guardians who act for the children in Court proceedings.
